The Middle School Participates in Pi Day
In honor of Pi Day on Tuesday, March 14, the middle school students celebrated with games and contests organized by Mrs. Beth Joynt. Ten students participated in the Pi Bee, a competition held to see who can memorize and recite the most digits of pi. Congratulations to the following Pi Bee winners: 1st place: John O’Keeffe ’22 (182 digits) 2nd place: Josh Richardson ’22 (145 digits) 3rd place: Anthony Zaccaria ’21 (108 digits) Honorable Mention: Dominic Sementilli ’24 (52 digits) Additional Classroom Winners: Michael Vogel ’23, Noah Smith ’23, Dimitris Anagnostopoulus ’22, Bennett Cohen ’22, Tom Maggs ’21, and Shawn Grant ’21.
