“I have wonderful memories of Mother Son Breakfasts, parades, annual trips to NYC for the St. Patrick’s Day parade and Mother’s Day Review. I will always treasure CBA and our CBA memories. Go Brothers!”
-Cindy Pettit, mother of Brandon ’03.

Once a CBA Mom, always a CBA Mom! That is how Cindy Pettit feels about Christian Brothers Academy. Cindy’s son Brandon graduated in 2003 as a Lieutenant Colonel, Brigade S-3. He went on to The Catholic University of America for his undergraduate degree and Masters. He is now the Associate Director of Communications and Special Events at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C. While a student at CBA, he was Flag Detail Commander, Color Guard Commander and a member of the Honor Company. He was on the Mock Trial team, played soccer and ran track. All of that supported his development into a young man of honor, integrity and faith.

“I am grateful for the education and experiences CBA provided to Brandon. I believe in the mission of CBA and decided to extend my support beyond the Annual Fund to a bequest as a legacy gift to the school. My estate planning was a time to reflect on what organizations had a lasting, positive impact on my family and CBA was an obvious choice for a bequest,” said Cindy Pettit.
