Hat Kit Order Form

CBA Parents/Guardians,

All ninth grade students and new high school students participating in CBA's JROTC Program are required to purchase a Hat Kit for the military dress uniform. This kit typically includes a Service Cap, Cap Crest, Gold Shoulder Cord, Collar Crest set, White Gloves, and two Name Tags.

Please place the order for your son’s hat kit as soon as possible as the items are to be worn with his dress blue uniform. Hat kit items will be distributed to students at the beginning of the school year.
